The Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences, Ghanpur is a Trust established in the Year 2001. the college campus is built in 40 acres out of the 200 acres surrounded by lush green and pollution-free environment and traffic chaos. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Council (NMC) is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal. The Medical College has an annual intake of 150 MBBS seats 67 seats in 20 Departments Post-Graduate studies. Located about 70 km from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and travel time of Just 1 hour by ORR and also well connected by Rail and Public transportation by Road and Specially deployed student Buses. Mediciti Hospitals of Medical Sciences has a 720 bedded multi-specialty Hospital with 13 clinical departments over 450 plus teaching and non-teaching staff. Daily more than 600 out-patients and 300 in-patients visit the hospital. MIMS also provides a Variety of Clinical materials in the departments of Medicine surgery, OBG, Paediatrics, Orthopedics, Radiology, and Dermatology. Rural Health Training Center(RHTC)

RHTC Aliyabad has situated about 9 km from the Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences, Ghanpur. It caters to a population of about 110 villages in Shamirpet Mandal and other villages for preventive, promotive, and curative services. The recently built RHTC of ours is a huge complex and one of its kind with a built-up area of about 21000 square feet and is spread in three floors. The ground floor accommodates outpatient departments like General Surgery, pediatrics, General Medicine, obstetrics, and Gynaecology services for males and females. X-Ray room ( Regular & Portable), ECG room, Laboratory with all Biochemical investigations, 24 hrs Pharmacy facility, Minor OT, Injection Room, Dressing room, Labour room, Major OT and wards (both male and female) are on the first floor and can also facilitate Interns training, kitchen, dining hall, lecture demo room for MBBS students. Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences is Conducting Counselling for all Government and Private Colleges in Telangana. The KNRUHS conduct the separate counselling for state Government Medical and State management quota seats. RESERVATION IN FAVOUR OF THE LOCAL CANDIDATES

Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favour of the local candidates in relation to the local area as provided in A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 for Non- State-Wide courses as given in Annexure-III of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979.

RESERVATIONS:

• 15%, 6%, 29% seats of Post Graduate Dental Degree MDS Courses are reserved for SC, ST and BC (BC-A-7%, BC-B-10%, BC-C-1%, BC- D-7% and BC-E4%) candidates respectively, which are called vertical reservations.
• 33 1/3% of seats shall be reserved for women and 5%seats shall be reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates respectively, which are horizontal reservations for Post Graduate Degree Courses.
