All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur; IAST: Akhil Bharatiya Aayurvigyan Sansthan Jodhpur) is a medical college and medical research public university based in Jodhpur, India. It is Institute of National Importance. Like five other All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), it was established in 2012 and operates autonomously under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and has an annual intake of 100 seats in MBBS, 186 seats in 24 disciplines of Postgraduate studies and 67 seats in 19 disciplines of Super-Specialization studies.
AIIMS, Jodhpur spreads over a large area of about 180 acres and is surrounded by lush green parks. It has technology-infused Gallery type Lecture halls, Demonstration halls, Common rooms for Boys and Girls, Examination hall. It has latest Medical Skills Lab & Departmental museums. The well-equipped, modernized, and latest Technology-driven equipment make the Laboratory unique. Cafeteria and Recreation halls are amongst the best. There are separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls. The Central Library acquires huge volumes of books and National and International journals. The collection includes Textbooks, Atlases, Dictionaries, Directories, Encyclopaedias, Technical Reports and has an excellent facility of E- Library with separate Departmental libraries as well. There are facilities for Indoor and Outdoor Games and Sports.

AIIMS hospital, Jodhpur is 240 bedded tertiary care multi-speciality hospital with all the latest equipments. It has huge number of footfalls in the OPD section and has good IP admission. The Outpatient Department (OPD) and the Inpatient Department (IPD) at AIIMS, Jodhpur is completely paperless from the day of its inception. Diagnostic Laboratory facilities are available in the OP department. The OPD facilities are available in General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics, Psychiatry and Emergency services.
