The Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences, Teaching Hospital & Research Centre, Kanaka Mamidi, R.R. District is a Society established in the Year 2018. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal. The Medical College has an annual intake of 150 MBBS seats. Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences is a Muslim Minority Co-Education College helping all the students of the Minority community from Telangana and other states across India to get admission into Medicine. The Medical College is well connected by road transport from every nook and corner of Hyderabad city. Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences is spread over a spacious 25-acre. It houses all pre-clinical and Para-clinical departments, libraries, lecture halls, and examination halls. The overall infrastructure is average.

Hospital has a separate block in the same campus of 25 acres. The hospital building has three clinical and para-clinical departments having 550 beds. The hospital is a Multispecialty and has qualified and competent staff and deals with all kinds of medical and surgical needs of patients. The hospital functions 24 hours for all days and also provides emergency services. In addition to the General beds in different specialties, there are specialized wards having 5 beds each in ICU, ICCU, SICU, PICU/NICU, RICU, and OBG Casualty. The present Out Patient inflow is more than 450 per day so the popularity of the Hospital is increasing by the day. This hospital has specialized facilities with CT scans and MRIs apart from the Sophisticated Radiology department. The services are all free and patients are given treatment on par with any corporate hospital with maximum care and attention.
