BRS Dental College and Hospital was established in 1992 as BRS Institution of Medical Science. The institute was established at Kota Billa (Panchkula) before it was shifted to Village Sultanpur, in Panchkula, Haryana. It was established by Late Lala Baldev Krishan Garg of Moga. The institute is affiliated to Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (Haryana), recognized by D.C.I (Dental Council of India), New Delhi and Govt. of India.

MDS	Conservative Dentistry	DCI recomended to the Central Govt. for withdrawal of recognition, stoppage of adminssion both at UG & PG level, closure down of the college and shifting of students. GOI decision is still awaited.
