Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital is a private medical institution located in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu. Established in 2023, the institute functions under Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University and is managed by the Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust. The college was founded with the objective of providing high-quality medical education and affordable healthcare services, especially for the rural and economically weaker sections of society in and around Perambalur. The institute is affiliated with Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, which was established under the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019, and the MBBS program is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college currently offers the MBBS course with an annual intake of 150 students and follows the competency-based medical education curriculum designed to combine classroom learning with practical and clinical training.
