Dayananda Sagar Institutions is one of the most acclaimed Educational hub in Bangalore which was founded in the 1960s by the visionary, late Sri Dayananda Sagar. It has a 300 bed tertiary care hospital premise, which will be augmented to a 1350 bed facility in the next 4 years. The hospital is built to cater to about 200 surrounding villages in the area. The hospital aims to provide comprehensive care under one roof to all its patients from all walks of life. Currently, The Hospital is operational with OPD's, IPD's with a patient in-flow of 200 to 300 everyday. It is equipped with Accident and Emergency services, ICU's which is planned to accommodate 100 beds with the state-of-the-art Medical equipments, Ultra-modern Laboratories with Blood Bank, Radiology and Diagnostic services. KEA – Karnataka Examination Authority conducts counselling for Government Medical College (50% seats and another 50% will be conducted by MCC), 100% seat allotment in Private Medical College ( includes Non-Minority, Linguistic minority, Religious minority institutions) ,Private University by KEA .

• Institutional Mop-up round of counselling. seats left vacant or remaining unfiled still after a mop-up round of KEA counselling. This round is conducted by colleges to fill the left-over seat. List of the registered candidates name for Stray vacancies to be sent to private college to be exhausted strictly in order of merit.
