Gautam Buddha Chikitsa Mahavidyalaya, Jhajra, Dehradun is a modern private medical college established to provide quality medical education and advanced healthcare services in Uttarakhand. Located on NH-72, Chakrata Road, in the green valley region of Dehradun, the college is a constituent institution of Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University. The institution was established in 2022 and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) with permission to offer MBBS education. The college currently has an annual intake of 100 MBBS seats and aims to create competent, ethical and research-oriented doctors for the future.
The college is attached to Dr. K.K. Bhatnagar Memorial Hospital, which serves as its teaching hospital and provides students with extensive clinical exposure. The hospital offers a wide range of speciality services including medicine, surgery, cardiology, chest diseases, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, orthopaedics, ENT, ophthalmology, psychiatry and dental care. Advanced facilities such as ICU, ICCU, NICU, PICU, operation theatres, diagnostic laboratories, physiotherapy and radiology services help students gain practical knowledge from real patient care.
