S.B. Patil Dental College & Hospital

SB Patil Insitute for Dental Sciences and Research was established in the year 1991 under the leadership of the Chairman Dr. Suryakanth G Patil which was a dream of Late Shri.Dr.Galangalappa Patil. This college and hospital was established provide a quality oral health care to the people of Bidar and quality education to students of this region. Since 1991 more than 900 graduates have earned their degree and have been practicing dentistry not in different parts of Karnataka or India but are present throughout the world.

KEA – Karnataka Examination Authority conducts counselling for Government Medical College (50% seats and another 50% will be conducted by MCC), 100% seat allotment in Private Medical College ( includes Non-Minority, Linguistic minority, Religious minority institutions) ,Private University by KEA .

KEA counselling is conducted in 3 rounds, 1st round, 2nd round & Mop-up round. Application form will be available in the PGET section in https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/

First Round :-

Mop Up Round:-

• Fresh entries are allowed in mop-up round.

• In 2020 extended mop-up round was done which was offline after decrease of percentile.

Stray vacancy round:-

• Institutional Mop-up round of counselling.seats leftvacantor remaining unfiled still after a mop-uproundof KEA counselling. Thisroundis conducted by colleges to fill the left-over seat. List of the registered candidates name for Stray vacancies to be sent to private college to be exhausted strictly in order of merit.
