V.S. Dental College

The V S Dental College & Hospital( VSDC&H) was established in the year 1986 which was affiliated to Bangalore University. The Institution started its first batch with 52 students and the current intake for BDS is 100. The Institution is presently affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore , Karnataka. The MDS courses started in the year 2001-02 with the present intake of 38 seats. PG Diploma courses and certificate courses in the subject of Esthetic Dentistry and Implantology in the year 2009-10 .

“NOTE: People who got allotted in the 1st & 2nd Round are not allowed to participate in the mop-up round." This is the actual rule of KEA, but as per the court case and in favor of students, KEA allowed them to upgrade for the mop-up this 2024-2025 A.Y.

• In 2022, the institutional mop-up round of counseling was conducted to fill any vacant seats remaining after the mop-up round of KEA counseling. This round is carried out by colleges to fill leftover seats. A list of registered candidates for stray vacancies is sent to private colleges, and these vacancies must be filled strictly in order of merit. However, starting in 2023, all remaining seats must be filled solely through online processes.
