The Bhaskar Medical College, Yenkapally established in the Year 2005 and is run by J.B. Group of Educational Societies  The College is affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal located in Telangana and recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC) with an annual intake of 150 MBBS seats and 68 seats in 15 disciplines of Postgraduate studies. 

The Medical College and Hospital along with other Educational institutions is located in a sprawling campus of over 106 acres with an excellent infrastructure. It has technology-infused Gallery type air conditioned 6 Lecture halls, Demonstration halls, Common rooms for Boys and Girls, Examination hall. It has latest Medical Skills Lab & Departmental museums. The well-equipped, modernized, and latest Technology-driven equipment make the Laboratory unique. Cafeteria and Recreation halls are amongst the best. A huge auditorium with a capacity of 850 stands royally high on the second floor of a separate building. There are separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls. The Central Library is located in a well ventilated spacious area and acquires huge volumes of books of over 15552 and 95 National and 58 International journals with more than 2,725 online journals. 500 online books . The collection includes Textbooks, Atlases, Dictionaries, Directories, Encyclopaedias, Technical Reports and has an excellent facility of E- Library with separate Departmental libraries as well. There are facilities for Indoor and Outdoor Games and Sports with Courts for Basket Ball, Volley ball, Tennicoit ,Throw Ball, Badminton along with Cricket ground and playfield for foot Ball, The students are thoroughly encouraged in atheletics by providing 200m non-stranded track and areas for Shot put, High jump, javeline, disc throw. A well equipped indoor game area for Table tennis, caroms, chess is available Gym with separate timings for Boys & Girls in the campus ensures health and recreation. in addition, Open-Air Theatre, Post Office and Banking are also available within the campus.

Bhaskar General Hospital(BGH) is a 820 bedded tertiary care Multi-speciality hospital. 24X7 emergency and trauma care facility, Eye bank and blood bank facilities are available. There are very good clinical and diagnostic facilities in the Hospital. There are huge number of OPD's and In-Patient flow everyday. There are well equipped Operation Theatres and exclusive ICU, SICU, RICU, NICU, PICU, ICCU with central monitoring system to treat critical patients. Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences is Conducting Counselling  for all Government and Private Colleges in Telangana. The KNRUHS conduct the separate counselling for state Government Medical and State management quota seats. The counselling will be organized through online mode in which candidates have to exercise their web options.

8. Minority Category Certificate for MUSLIM Candidates only, if applicable. 

9. Valid Permanent registration certificate with State Medical Council (If issued before May 2014 shall be renewed) / NMC/MCI in respect of candidates obtained Foreign Degree. 

10. NRI Sponsorship letter if applicable. 1) NRI Sponsorship certificate (DECLARTION Form) 2) NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by embassy of respective country under their seal. 3) Copy of NRI Bank account pass book of the financial supporter. 4) Copy of Pass port of NRI financial supporter

* Candidates who have completed MBBS/BDS from other States must pay separate fee for verification & equivalency certificates along with registration fee as notified earlier.

RESERVATION IN FAVOUR OF THE LOCAL CANDIDATES

Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favour of the local candidates in relation to the local area as provided in A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 for Non- State-Wide courses as given in Annexure-III of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979.

RESERVATIONS: 

• 15%, 6%, 29% seats of Post Graduate Dental Degree MDS Courses are reserved for SC, ST and BC (BC-A-7%, BC-B-10%, BC-C-1%, BC- D-7% and BC-E4%) candidates respectively, which are called vertical reservations.
• 33 1/3% of seats shall be reserved for women and 5%seats shall be reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates respectively, which are horizontal reservations for Post Graduate Degree Courses.
