Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College

The Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College, Rohini, Delhi is a Government College established in the Year 2016. The College is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, located in Delhi and recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC). It has an annual intake of 125 seats in MBBS.

The college campus is spread in a sprawling area of over 30 acres where Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital is also located. It has very good and decent infrastructure with spacious centrally air-conditioned classrooms, 3 Lecture halls to accommodate around 130, Examination rooms, Demonstration rooms, Seminar halls. There are Departmental museums and well-equipped Laboratories. Cafeteria and Recreation halls are amongst the best. There are separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls and Indoor and Outdoor Games and Sports facilities. The Medical college is attached to Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital ( BSAMCH) which is a 500 bedded multi-speciality Hospital with super specialties like Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Pulmonology and Urology. It provides comprehensive medical care services to the residents of North and North West Delhi. The Hospital has 10 Operation Theatre Complex with well-equipped Intensive Care units.
