The Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur, is a Private Medical college established in the Year 2008. The College is affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh Universitiy, Meerut, located in Uttar Pradesh with an annual intake of 150 seats in MBBS.

SIMS is attached to a more than 800-bedded hospital with ultra-modern equipments and facilities to provide outstanding and affordable medical care in a patient-friendly environment. The hospital has OPD and IPD facilities for all the clinical specialties. It also provides round the clock accident and trauma care. There are 11 major and 6 minor operation theatres, a well-equipped Labour room and Nursery Ward for premature babies. Besides these, there are 7 distinct ICUs for critically ill: (Medical, Cardiac, Surgical, Burn, Respiratory, Pediatric and Neonatal patients) which are fully equipped with all modern, sophisticated, therapeutic and monitoring equipments like Ventilators, Infusion Pumps, Phototherapy and Radiant Warmer units, Defibrillators, central gas and suction facilities with trained and qualified paramedical staff on duty 24X7.

Candidate does not take admission or resign after taking admission deduction / refund of tuition fee and security money according to Government order.
c) Candidates who were allotted any seal in first/second round of counseling are not eligible for Mop Up Round of counseling.
|4. Candidates who want to avail PwD reservation in PG seats of Govt. medical institution should obtain Disability Certificate as per 21 Benchmark Disabilities given under RPWD Act 2106 and as per DMC norm, front the designated disability centers as per the List. The certificate issued by any other hospital/board will not be accepted.|
|5. In case of any dispute or vagueness DGME can constitute a special medical board for dispute redressal.|
|6. Candidate eligible for the reserved category will be given admission as per rules of the state government, applicable on the date of counseling.|
|7. OBC candidates covered by the provisions of the creamy layer will not be entitled for the benefits of OBC category|
|8. Candidates who fail to produce required original documents at the time of admission or if any, concealment or falsification of facts comes into the light at the time of admission and thereafter during the course of study will not be entitled to any benefit of having appeared in the entrance examination and/ or any benefit or acquiring a seat subsequently. Legal action would be taken against such candidates. "|
|9. Candidates will be checked for their identity at the time of admission. If it does not match it will be counted as unfair means and their candidature will be cancelled. Additional legal action would be taken against such candidates.|
|10. If candidate does not participate in online counseling or does not take admission to the allotted seat by the due date he/she shall forfeit any right of admission on the basis of said counseling/allotment.|
|11. The option once exercised by the candidate in the online counseling cannot be altered under any circumstances.|
|12. No request for re-allotment of seals already allotted in the first and second round will be entertained.|
If seats are left un-allotted at the end of the second round of online counseling, then a “mop up” round of allotment will be organized at a notified date, after due publicity. The purpose of the mop up round of seat allotment will be to ensure that there is no loss of PG seats in the current academic year. Seats will be offered to eligible candidates strictly according to their position in the NEET PG- 2023 State Rank/All India Rank

Admission of the candidate to various PG courses will be given by the Principal / Dean / Director/ Nodal center of the respective Medical Colleges/ Institutes/Universities as mentioned in allotment letter.
